TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRICES
· All rates quoted are Gross, including VAT of 14% where applicable and are subject to change without prior notice.
· Rates are quoted per person per night on an inclusive basis and include accommodation, all meals, selected beverages, game drives and tourism levy.
· Rates do NOT include telephone, laundry, shop purchases, transfers or gratuities.
- A 30% single supplement is applicable to single occupants

AMAKHALA  FOUNDATION  LEVY
Included in the rates.

CHILDREN
Children under six years are not allowed on game drives. Some lodges may make special arrangements for children under six but this should be confirmed with the lodge in which you are staying prior to arrival.
Children aged less than 12 years old, either sharing a room with their parents or in separate room, will be charged 50% of the normal rate, which includes meals, accommodation and game drives.
Children aged from 12 years old will require a separate room at 100 % of the normal rate.
Infants under 2 years are free of charge.

PAYMENT
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
Payment in full is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Amex, Master and Visa cards are accepted at the Reserve.
Payment is to be made to the particular Lodge in which you are staying.
On confirmation of the reservation, you will receive an invoice from the Lodge.
Please fax or email bank transfer slip to the Lodge in which you are staying.

CANCELLATION POLICY
25% of fee if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
50% of fee if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival.
80% of fee if cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival.

We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
Rooms may be occupied from 14h00 on the day of arrival. Game drives leave from 14h30 please ensure that you arrive on time.
Should you not be able to attend lunch on the day of arrival, please inform reservations accordingly.
Rooms must please be vacated by 11h00 on the day of departure for the convenience of arriving guests.
Subject to availability, day room rates are available upon request.

TRANSFERS
Transfers to and from the lodges are at an additional cost.

EXCLUSIVE USE OF LAND ROVER
R1000.00 per drive. (Depending on availability)

CATERING REQUIREMENTS
Please inform reservations of any special dietary requirements.
